Some Adventures have things you'll need to find, collect, or carry along the way. These Virtual Adventure Items exist inside Everlife and help tell the story of an Adventure. You might discover a mysterious key, recover a lost journal, gather ingredients for someone you meet, or find an object you'll need several steps later. They don't take up space in your Second Life inventory; Everlife keeps track of them for you.

Throughout your Second Life exploration, you'll discover Doubloons. A Doubloon represents a region you've visited as a souvenior of the Adventures you’ve completed.

Once collected, a Doubloon is permanently added to your collection; you never need to earn it again.

Memories preserve important moments, locations, stories, and discoveries from your times in Second Life and at your favorite places. You might discover one on an Adventure as you follow a story or maybe discover that your favorite club has a Memory for you to collect when you connect to their ‘Friendly Beacon’ for the first time. Each Memory is permanently unlocked for your character and becomes part of your Everlife collection, even if the location fades away over time.

Physical Items make it possible for creators and brands to build some Adventures with an admission price and include real products as part of the experience. Instead of simply purchasing an item, you might have to explore, solve clues, complete a story, or reach a special destination to earn it. What you find along the way is yours to keep… even after the Adventure ends.

Your Traveler's Cabinet is your personal collection storage. It automatically records everything you've discovered during your adventures. As Everlife grows, the Traveler's Cabinet will continue expanding with new collections and achievements. Inside you'll find:

  • Every Doubloon you've collected (Adventure & Region Doubloons)

  • Every Memory you've unlocked

  • A log of all of your Adventure Items collected

  • A permanent record of your travels and regions you’ve mapped
